Service Description

Developed in Japan in the late 1800's, Reiki is an alternative medicine technique and form of therapy referred to as energy healing. Energy can stagnate in your body after experiencing emotional pain and physical injuries. These energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki can also help with mood, sleep, stress, anxiety, and depression. Remote Reiki sessions are held in a peaceful setting from your home. It can be held over zoom or cell phone. Touch is not necessary for the effective movement of energy. Improving the flow of energy around the body, creates relaxation, speeds healing and reduces symptoms of illness and discomfort.
